Hello, I'm Nathan, founder and craftsman of The Portland Countertop Company. Growing up just south of here in Silverton, Oregon, my wife and son, Shiloh, and I are proud to call Portland home.

​

As a second-generation stoneworker, my journey into the stone fabrication industry began with a background in technology, specializing in computer-aided drafting (CAD), 3D modeling, and modern manufacturing techniques. I honed these skills while working with my father in Seattle at a large digital fabrication facility in 2010 right after graduating high school. Stone is in my blood.

Through networking with fellow fabricators worldwide, I've cultivated extensive knowledge and mastered advanced fabrication methods. Today, I'm honored to be recognized as one of the premier stone fabricators in Portland, known for delivering exceptional results with every job.

In 2019, I fulfilled my lifelong dream of starting my own business. Our registered business name is Stoneworks Fabrication Technology for a reason. From the outset, I integrated state-of-the-art technology into our fabrication process, ensuring precision and quality in every project we undertake. Now we have shifted from manufacturing for other to stone shops to servicing you our customers directly. No more middle man. ​
